My journey into these ancient practices began over a decade ago during a time of personal struggle. The aftermath of PTSD from 9/11 and the grief of losing a loved one led me to seek solace, and I found it in Reiki. As a mother of three with a demanding career on Wall Street, Reiki became a sanctuary for my soul, offering the comfort and solace I so desperately needed. I was called to share this profound gift with others.

I aim to provide a tranquil space for your natural healing process to unfold. My intention is to guide you towards balance, peace, and restoration, whether you are navigating trauma, grief, or simply seeking a moment of calm in your busy life.

The creation of Sacred Essence was inspired by my deep calling to pay forward the solace I have found. I am dedicated to sharing the profound gift of energy work with all who are willing to receive it. I believe every individual is inherently connected to a vast and ancient network of energies that modern society has led us to forget.
